Doing his part in helping to build a stronger community, which has been such a large part of his entire life, is of his utmost importance.

Beyond these personal attributes, Steve has both an extensive educational background and dedicated experience in the insurance field. His interest in the insurance business began at a young age as he observed and assisted his father, Paul S. Bilohlavek, who also worked as a State Farm agent(Perryopolis, Pennsylvania). After graduating from Frazier High School in 1983, Steve attended West Virginia University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1987. Being inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society and graduating magna cum laude, is representative of the value and commitment Steve devotes to his educational experiences. Because of his pride in academics, he also earned the Charted Life Underwriter, the world's most respected designation of insurance, from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, in 2010.

Throughout their past 35 years , Steve and his team have used their knowledge and experience to develop insurance plans meeting the expectations of their customers while also establishing long term, agent-customer relationships.
